Any cancellations made after 17:00 local time, 8 days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Our business hours are from JST 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays. (Except Japan National Holiday and New Year's Holiday).
For inquiries received outside the business hours, we will look into it and respond on the next business day.
